DEZAW's Closed loop stepper driver which is suitable for NEMA 23, 24, and 34 closed loop stepper motors adopts a new generation 32-bit DSP and vector control technology which can prevent the stepper motor from losing steps and ensure the accuracy of the motor. The torque reduction is much lower than open loop stepper motor when it is at higher speed. The high-speed performance and torque are enhanced to a great extent. Meanwhile, the current control is based on the load, which can reduce the motor temperature rising effectively and then can extend the use life of the motor. The high-performance digital stepper drive has the function of automatic half current, self-test, over-voltage under voltage over current protection suitable for Nema17, Nema23, Nema24, Nema34, Series stepper motor.
